There is no sure fire way of starting this fucking piece.So we all whether losing weight or gaining it struggle our asses off.We give up,we hate,cry,roar,have child like temper tantrums.To me,it is not all about giving up when that happens.I find that if we dont have hard ships training our bodies to be healthier.And when our bodies are saying fuck it and chuck it in the bucket.Means we hit a nerve.We will eventually stray off the path to goodness but find our way..When we are ready.We will hear alot of hate,cat calls and negativity.Usually because jealousy.But whether it is our minds,jobs,houses,bodies or relationships.Eventually we need a life transform.Just be positive,never go full in at it,never think about numbers more then here or there.Sure anyone can say it was easy for you or someone else.But that is a fucking lie.Nothing comes easy.Go with baby steps.Makes shit way easier and never sets you up for a big fail.Just remember then first through the rest of time you change will have hard days and easy days.But it is ok to say fuck it and walk away once and a while.Anything is possible if you want it.Hell I wanted to be groovy and stellar.LOOK AT ME NOW.So keep your head up and do it.The body will thank you later.Besides,who the hell does not wanna prolong life.Right ?
