Just some facts

Diets & working out don't work by falling off the wagon weekly.

Much like alcoholism don't work falling off the wagon every other day.

Falling off the wagon is to be expected here and there.

But to continue in the same pattern over a year.

You are not fully committed to the problem.Y

ou have to want it and want it bad to succeed at everything in life.

Excuses will travel only so far.

Because your work week was hectic or you day was shot.

Is not an excuse to fall.

Be strong & stand tall.

Of course it is hard with any addiction from food to drugs

.Lets be real, growing up is hard as it is.

But our minds are capable of pushing us to full

xtremes to change what we really want in life.

You only get out of your body and life what

ou're willing to put into it.Rudi Jensen
