In this day and age of ours.Trying to clean eat to keep a nearly perfect figure is hard.But when it boils down to weightloss or muscle gain.Put down the damn burger and chips,candy and horse size helpings of food.Bam you will see a huge difference.When you are on a program trying to lose weight and it is not working.It is NOT the brain or the thoughts.It is food,food,food.So if your not being successful in this.Put the shit garbage food down and eat proper portions and proper food.Priorities are simple,are you happy with yourself? If so keep eating crap,if not.Well simple,eat clean.Working out alone will not have miracle effects with weightloss no matter how many days a week you workout.Change the food and quit blaming the trainer or your stressful life.It is up to you to succeed,it is a priority in life if you want it.Grab it and take control.If not,look at yourself and ask yourself if you want change.If you do,you need to be all in or it will fail. You don't fill your car with half a tank of gasoline trying to make it across the state.So why would you do that with your body. It's the only one you have.Motivation comes in various ways.But in the end,your mind has complete control.Rudi Jensen
