Just saying

Ever wonder how happy you could be if you stop worrying about making other people happy all the time ?
Or how happy you would be if you never had to always care what people's opinions are ? Well you can.....
I use to wonder the same things. I used to wonder why, when and how I could stop it. Years of stressing making everyone else happy or worrying what they thought. We can only let people walk all over us or influence us, our minds with nonsense they are not happy with so long. Then we either need to snap, get the fuck out of there. Or yes stand up for ourselves. We don't have to have muscles, be a gangster, be aggressive or any other thing to do with violence. We don't need to be mean, rude or insulting. We just need to learn to say stop it, make our point and if that don't work. The need to use the word FUCK is very simple. And followed by OFF is also very simple. We live in today's world worrying too much trying to impress others. Makes me sad weekly reading emails of people struggling with others dictating their days, nights and weeks. Trying to keep others happy. People, People !!! no one owns you, your thoughts or body. We always have a CHOICE to listen to non sense or be treated out of context. We need not feel the need to wake up daily trying to make others smile and be happy every moment. We need not wake up daily with someone dictating our days. That makes life pissy and just sour. Not saying making others happy is wrong, but we should not always worry about it. People will always be unhappy with what others do, let alone you and themselves. Not getting sucked into seems hard not too. But you can get out even if already stuck. Just got to wanna, some people get stuck because their in crowd or family is the one's they keeping happy. Or having them dictate their life. So leaving that and knowingly gonna be lonely for a bit. Discourages people from doing so. AND THAT SHOULD NOT BE. We all need peace and a tranquil mind. Not a rats nest or anxiety and fears over it. So anyway just saying, BE HAPPY TOO.... Rudi Jensen
