Holiday emotions

This time of year, many people battle with inner demons, addictions, depression and many more emotions. The time that is supposed to bring family and friends afar together. Has a reverse affect on others, so it can be a horrible time for many. The mixed emotions of betrayal, abandonment, feeling unloved and unwanted. Leading to many suicides over the holidays, many hospitalizations due to stress. For those that walk around never struggling for friends and family or a home to live in or just being plain accepted. Not everyone with a family is connected or wanted in the family. This hits the mind so bad for one and for anyone to say it is not bad. Has never had to defend a place in their family or society. And never knowing that feeling, leaves many judging. Not all homeless are addicts, not all homeless are losers or jail birds. Many people are on the verge of being homeless in every city and country across the globe. So judging all the time is the crisis in its self. I am not asking for anyone to bend over backwards or to spend your money on a stranger or scraggler. But I will ask for some kindness to those without much. A gesture or a smile is worth a million emotions inside to the weak minded, stressed and depressed. Acceptance has reached a all new low as the world turns, placing judgement on top in most eyes and lives. Now to disregard that nonsense thinking can curb alot of profiling, dissing or being a complete dickhead. As it only cause's sheer and utter panic in one's mind. So be aware of the abilities we all have in life. That is love and kindness. If you have lost it and have no open mind. You are part of societies problem. Whether you are Happy Holidays kind of person or a Merry Christmas kinda person. Always nice to show warmth, rather then how cold we can all be. Minds, emotions and responses run our world and keep the judging and bottom barrel feeding going on. Cheers
