Check on your friends, family and more

Check on your neighbor, check on family and friends. We are all in a time where depression, addiction and spousal abuse is on the rise. In every case, people need to know another care's. Being lost in a bottle or in a drug induced phase. We need someone to stick with us. We all have that one friend battling abuse at home. These friends needs attention daily, check on them and dont be shy to do it. Depression is hitting the strongest now, something even them could not see ever happening in the near future. But it is and coming in like a fury of emotions. We all will be reshaped, redesigned and more over this pandemic. Those of you who dont have anyone, well find a person. At most we are all adults and should know how to meet, greet and start a conversation with another. Life is never easy and never welcoming at every moment. But that is ok because we were built to carry on, built strong, yes even if you don't think you are. We all will have emotions coming from deep down, most caused by fear and misunderstanding. Let them come, we need to experience them emotions. I can never stress that enough. For those that struggle, life comes and goes in struggles. And believe me, you are not the only one. So lets all help one another and carry on our lives. Staying mind fit is the way to go and the way needed now. Have a super duper day and be groovy and be stellar. Dont fear monger, dont spread fear. Wash your hands. Rudi Jensen
