DIETS GARBAGE FIXES

Sorry for all you people that get suckered into these quick fix diet, pills, starving yourself, creating organ failure and more. Losing quick weight only to gain it back after the diet is not cool. NOTHING BEATS FOOD AND EXERCISE can never stress that enough. No matter what your ordeal is, 16 years in the training and nutrition part of life. I have dealt with diabetes, Obesity class 1, 2, 3, Hypothyroidism and Hyperthyroidism, cholesterol, High blood pressure, diabetes, poor diet, poor nutrition, injury after injury. I have learned and I wish others would. The harm you create to your body, even for these short term one´s. The Keto diet many are trying, this was originally designed for epileptics to control seizures and monitored as it not good for our bodies long term. That says it all.....With potential to cause low blood pressure, kidney stones, constipation, nutrient deficiencies and an increased risk of heart disease, disordered eating. It is not safe for those that have pancreas, liver, thyroid or gallbladder problems. No pun intended for those who do it. In my field it is not widely recommended. It needs monitored. By mandating foods high in fat and low in carbohydrates, the keto diet sends the body into a state of ketosis. Once there, the body burns fat instead of sugar for energy.. Which in any state is harsh for anyone. I am not a fan of it, it was rated one of the worse diets of 2019 out of 35 diets. Shows alot, I know people think they know what they are doing with it, but it is not something everyone should do. Of course any diet that’s trendy, promises to make you lose weight quickly and look fit will get your attention. This is why many do it....Personal testimonials of keto ‘success’ stories continue to flood social media, but this doesn’t equate to reliable and trustworthy scientific evidence. Promoting quick weight loss is one thing, but in the long term not so much. Now we have those pesky fake shakes, well the kidney failures in last 5 years have hit a new mark with stupidity. Now dont get me wrong, those of you that need to lose weight. I understand it is complete hell doing so. But I can never stress enough that a proper nutrition and proper exercise program. Can release diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and many many more. Do the work and fuck off with putting yourself at harms reach... Just because others are doing it, dont mean its right for you. Low carbs is like slowly killing yourself. No pun intended to those that on it. Many people have had success and woo hoo for them and woot woot they knew when to quit. Cheers to a stellar day... Rudi Jensen
