Releasing
We are constantly told to release all pain, old open wounds, hurt and sorrows. Well regardless to what some say, this is not the case. Although alot will say they wish it was that way. There are wounds that will never let go away, pain that will always eat us alive. We learn to adjust and live with it. Our sorrows can burn a hole so deep inside of us, we will never release it. Not by choice, but because we adapt. We carry our emotions on a sleeve and at other times in our pockets. For those that wear it on their sleeves. They are at most vulnerable out there trying to heal. Having broken hearts and always trying to heal pain. One has no right to tell one to forget and move on. Always easier said then done. Each and everyone of us desires a specific way of our own. To get us through life and its bumps. Wishful thinking is always an insight, adjusting to what fits for one. Will never be enough for another.. I just say do things your way if they are working for you. Don't matter who else they work for. Not everyone wants to surface their wounds. So unless you need professional help, keep doing you... Rudi Jensen
