Broken & Shattered

"I am broken,
But who do I tell ?
Without being judged,
Feeling humiliated,
I am shattered and have no one.
My mind has busted,
My heart leaking and crusting.
Over bearing pain running throughout.
Seeking a way out,
I see no advancement.
Leaving me with this absent feeling.
Having no attachment,
Broken and lost"
