Her pain deep with in

"On the first, 3rd and 20 th day she still bleeds at heart,
Longing for what once was flowing inside.
Being shattered by the one that held the trust, love and respect.
Now lost to a younger, brighter women.
With shallow breaths tightening up the chest, making one gasp,
While holding hate, disgust and anger deep with in.
Day 65 is near and the sheer panick of being alone sets in.
And under disguise and being cautious,
One comes to heal, feel and peel away the pain.
Bringing some glow back around..
Right now nothing is forsure,
Still worried there will be another blow out.
Taking out the heart, mind, spirit and flow.
Still finding herself holding onto what once was,
Rather then opening the mind to take it all away and move forward.
